Important notes

This is the invoice screen.

Sales tax is automatically calculated based on the zip code of the installation address. The database will have the relationship between zip code ad tax rate.

 

 

 

When the order is done! the customer pays for it and the invoice prints on a 40 column printer set as the default printer. If the default is a 8.5 x 11 printer then it prints a full page invoice.

When an order is invoiced it changes the color of the customer’s name on the grid (first page) from black to red, if you click on a paid customer you see the invoice and it cannot be changed.
